1. Consideration of V#211-25: 196 Short Street

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission table V#211-25 to the June 5, 2025, Planning Commission meeting. No public hearing will be held at this time.
2. Consideration of CUP#088-25: 195 Towne Lake Parkway (Public Hearing/Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a "Gas/Fuel Station" at 195 Towne Lake Parkway, subject to the staff-recommended conditions of approval.
3. Consideration of V#210-25: 130 Robinhood Drive (Public Hearing/Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of a Variance to allow for the placement of an accessory structure closer to the side street of a corner lot than the primary structure located at 130 Robinhood Drive, subject to the staff-recommended conditions of approval.
4. Consideration of V#209-25: 138 Parks Circle (Public Hearing/Vote)
